    • Croydon votes today for its Executive Mayor and 70 ward councillors across 28 wards. The mayoral race between Conservative incumbent Jason Perry and Labour's Rowenna Davis has been one of the tightest in the country, with polls showing fewer than 100 votes between them at various points.

    • Eight candidates are on the white ballot paper. You'll also receive a yellow ballot paper for your ward councillors. Polls open 7am to 10pm. Bring photo ID. Results are expected from Saturday 8 May, from 4pm.
