2 minutes. Your URL. A customer profile worth using.
Most founders can describe their product. They can't describe their customer. Not in a way that actually changes how they sell.
HubSpot for Startups built a free tool to fix that. Paste in your URL, answer a few quick questions, and it generates a structured profile of your best-fit customer. Firmographics, buying triggers, the works.
Takes 2 minutes. No spreadsheet required.
Saturday 05/09/2026 is here. Today Croydon proves what the surveys miss, and the weekend is packed with proof.
THE HEARTBEAT: THE REAL CROYDON WINS TODAY 💙
A report published by Your Local Guardian on 24/08/2026 called Croydon one of London’s unfriendliest boroughs, based on figures from the Community Life Survey 2024/25 and the National Conversation.
But the fuller picture tells a stronger story.
Some 81.3% of Croydon residents say people from different backgrounds get on well in their area, ahead of the England average of 80.6%. Civic participation also stands at 36.3%, above England’s 33.6%, while frequent or constant loneliness is lower at 5.7%, compared with 6.6% across England.
That is not a borough without connection. It is a borough where connection is already happening, in community halls, cultural venues, local businesses, sports spaces, family events and everyday conversations.
Croydon Local Pulse exists to bring that real story into view through local events, business spotlights and community wins.
