2 minutes. Your URL. A customer profile worth using.
Most founders can describe their product. They can't describe their customer. Not in a way that actually changes how they sell.
HubSpot for Startups built a free tool to fix that. Paste in your URL, answer a few quick questions, and it generates a structured profile of your best-fit customer. Firmographics, buying triggers, the works.
Takes 2 minutes. No spreadsheet required.

🌳 COMMUNITY WINS
🌿 GREEN SPACE, STRONGER STANCE
Croydon Council has formally opposed a draft London Plan proposal for 5,600 homes on borough Green Belt land.
The council says Croydon can meet housing need through a brownfield first approach while protecting the green spaces that make the borough worth living in.
💷 PRIDE IN PLACE PROGRESSES
Community leader Alison Johnson has been appointed Independent Chair of the Croydon West Pride in Place board.
The board will oversee £20 million of public space improvements across West Thornton, Broad Green, Bensham Manor and Selhurst, with residents helping shape local priorities.
🌍 REAL CROYDON, REAL CONNECTION
Local figures show that 81.3% of residents believe people from different backgrounds get on well locally, while 36.3% have taken part in civic life.
Those numbers matter because everyday kindness, participation and neighbourly action are what turn a borough into a community.
🐟 A FISH SUPPER FIGHT
Castellas Fish and Chips is still seeking replacement parts for its vintage fryer, putting a much loved local food institution under pressure.
If you know a catering equipment specialist who can help, share the lead with the business and keep Croydon’s independent food scene frying strong.
🧐 DID YOU KNOW? DAVID LEAN’S LOCAL LEGACY
The David Lean Cinema is named in honour of Sir David Lean, the celebrated director who was born in Croydon on 25/03/1908.
He went on to direct classics including Lawrence of Arabia and The Bridge on the River Kwai, making tonight’s film conversation part of a proud local screen story.
